Marc is a sought-after recruitment specialist, respected board member and community influencer. With a career extending over 12 years, Marc has secured solid relationships with corporate leaders by creating solutions for all technology recruitment solutions and specializing in colleague branding. For over 9 years, Marc has worked with The George Weston and Loblaw Companies Ltd. understanding the business’ culture and needs.
As a leader, Marc is active on industry boards, and a past board member of the CACEE (Canadian Association of Career Educators and Employers) and the vice-president of the board of directors for Bond Child & Family Development from 2003 to 2010. Marc holds a Bachelor of Arts (Psychology) from Laurentian University, a Post-Graduate Certificate (Honours) in HR Management from Humber College, and is a Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP).
In 2011, Marc was recognized by Canadian Grocer as the inaugural winner of the Generation Next Award. The Generation Next Award recognizes the up-and-coming leaders in the grocery and consumer packaged goods industries. "NEXT" stands for New Exciting Thinkers and to qualify for the award individuals must be under the age of 40 and have demonstrated innovation, leadership and a commitment to the grocery industry.
